Yin Yang Yoga

Join us as we open the intellect by embracing nutritional wisdom, warm our lungs and prana through active meditational breathing, warm our bodies and target muscles by moving through Yang-like Vinyasa Yoga Sequences, still our minds and target ligaments and joints with meditative Yin-like Hatha Yoga postures. Then, everyone’s “favorite” posture, shavasana rest which will include a final meditation sequence.

Our 5-week Yoga Yin Yang course will provide a well-rounded education in the 5 points of yoga: Proper Diet, Proper Breathing (Pranayama Exercises), Proper Exercise (Yoga Asanas), Positive Thinking with Active Meditation, and Proper Relaxation.

Introducing a Nutrition and Hatha Yoga 3-Week Series. Here we combine the graceful Yin-like flow of Vinyasa Yoga Sequences with the strong, meditative Yang-like Hatha Asana Yoga practice. Join us as we open the intellect by embracing nutritional wisdom, warm our lungs and prana through active meditational breathing, warm our bodies by moving through vinyasa sequences, still our minds in Hatha asana postures. Then, everyone’s “favorite” posture, shavasana rest.
